Functional

Il functional training, o allenamento funzionale, è un sistema di allenamento finalizzato a migliorare il movimento in tutte le sue varianti. Un movimento si dice ‘funzionale’ quando rispecchia i gesti della vita quotidiana: movimenti naturali, realizzati grazie alla contrazione sinergica di più gruppi muscolari. Il functional training si basa quindi sull’esecuzione di esercizi che mimano i movimenti che il corpo esegue quotidianamente, permettendo di migliorare la performance fisica sia in ambito sportivo che nella vita quotidiana. Si tratta dunque di una preparazione fisica a 360°, crea stabilizzazione articolare, prevenendo numerosi infortuni e rinforzando i tessuti connettivali.
